The Foundation is legally constituted to operate in Tanzania Mainland, and conducts all of its affairs strictly in accordance with its governing Constitution and the Laws of Tanzania.
Headquartered at P.O. Box 15010, Dar es Salaam, the Foundation was formally registered on 26 August 2026 under Registration No. OONGO/R/10173, and holds a valid ten-year certificate of registration expiring on 25 August 2036.
